Before Titan OS, I spent more than five years at Foxxum running project management and product ownership for Smart TV apps and TV portals across the company.
Our clients were international broadcasters, OTT services, content providers and TV manufacturers. Most of the apps were sports, entertainment and linear TV. I owned projects from the first client conversation to launch and beyond: requirements, technical architecture, UX, development, QA and certification on Tizen, webOS, Android TV, VIDAA, Apple TV, Roku and Fire TV.
What I did
App delivery: Led design, development and QA teams through building, certifying and launching apps for media brands and sports networks.
Client consulting: Advised clients on what each platform can and can’t do, on video player integration, DRM and TV-specific UX.
TV portals for manufacturers: Built localized app portals with global TV manufacturers. I made sure each region got the right content and met the technical requirements.
Process: Introduced Jira and Confluence, scaled our delivery workflow and was the main link between clients and engineering.
