The Titan Schema is a JSON feed format that gives streaming partners one standard way to deliver their catalogs. Since its launch, 70% of our partners deliver feeds built specifically for Titan OS instead of sending whatever export they already had. That made integrations much easier, but it also meant more feeds to review. Checking each one by hand took one to four hours, depending on its size and complexity.
The Titan Schema Validator brings that down to a few minutes. The Python desktop app, built with Claude Code, checks a partner feed against Titan Schema. It goes beyond syntax: it also finds content problems and explains how to fix each one. Partners get precise, consistent feedback, and every issue raised is backed by a specific check.
Features in Detail
- Schema validation: Checks structure and syntax against Titan Schema.
- Fix instructions: Each error shows its location in the feed, what’s wrong and how to fix it.
- Content checks: Finds orphaned episodes and seasons, images in the wrong format and other problems a syntax check alone would miss.
- Feed statistics: Shows how many titles a feed contains, broken down by type.
- Mock data (beta): Generates test data for content overrides. I load it into the TV Browser Tools extension to preview partner content in our TV UI.
